Symptom
You have an Event Notification Subscription for Registered Product. However, when you add an attachment for a registered product, does not trigger this event notification.
Environment

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Administrator Work Center.
- Go to the General Settings view.
- Under System Administration section, open Event Notification link.
- Maintain an Event Notification subscription for Registered Product.
- Go to the Products Work Center.
- Go to the Registered Products view.
- Search for the desired product and open it.
- Go to the Attachments tab and add an attachment.
- Save your changes.
- You will see that no Event Notification is triggered.
Resolution
To get an Event Notification in case of adding an attachment to a registered product, it is necessary to subscribe an Event Notification for Business Object Installation Point/Registered Product.
- Go to the Administrator Work Center.
- Go to the General Settings view.
- Under System Administration section, open the Event Notification link.
- Maintain an Event Notification subscription for Installation Point/Registered Product.
