2983525 - QCI interface ERROR:CALL-SYSTEM_NO_RESPONSE

Symptom

When executing the external program ROIB_QCI_CALL_TEST, the error message "CALL-SYSTEM_NO_RESPONSE" is raised.

The same error is displayed if you test the call to external programs by transaction O3D2, using the call parameters "CALL SYSTEM" and the following paths:

  • /usr/sap/CEP/D01/exe/astm
  • /usr/sap/AIR/SYS/global/oil/astm_2004
  • /usr/sap/CEP/D01/exe/agasap
