2983584 - setting up commvault for backupserver fails with error - SAP ASE

Symptom

  • Configuring SAP ASE backupserver to communicate with Commvault, from Commvault receiving:
    "Error : Local backup server is not configured for server : SID".

  • Check on SAP ASE the result of this query:   select * from master..sysservers  -- it will return output where the srvclass is not a value of '7'.
