2983623 - Payment information is disappearing - Onboarding

The details related to Payment information were inserted during the New Hire Data Review / Personal Data Collection and you are now unable to find these values in Manage Pending Hires.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate Onboarding for a new candidate;
2. Complete the New Hire Data Review / Personal Data Collection and ensure that you have the maintained the payment information section;
3. Go to Onboarding Dashboard / Manage Pending hires and try to open your new hire details, the payment information section does not contain any value

This issue may have multiple root causes, the most comom ones are:

1. You don't have enough permissions for payment information section OR
2. The Onboarding External Users was not included as target population for your role.

1. Ensure that you have done the settings for Payment Information permissions as described in Payment Information - Setting Up Role-based Permissions
2. Ensure that you have the Onboarding external Users as target population for your role.
