2983624 - JSONObject["userId"] not found error when run Employee Central Imports or SF OData API Upsert

If you are running Employee Central Imports or SF OData API Upsert or ERP Migration (HCM to EC) and you got the error message “JSONObject["userId"] not found” in the Job Information upsert (EmpJob).
