While trying to test and check the text of the "label.Checklist.RecordCompletion.Confirmation" and "label.Checklist.RecordFailure.Confirmation" labels in the system, it is not possible to find the place they would appear.

Those labels are not in use anymore. They are are part of deprecated pages, but they were not removed from code base.
