Symptom
Symptom 1:
After one sales order gets fully delivered and invoiced, the overall header status is completed. Then a return order and return delivery is created for this sales order. The overall header status of this sales order is still completed. Expectation is it should change to open/in processing again.
Symptom 2:
After one sales order gets partially delivered and invoiced. Then a return order and return delivery is created for this sales order to send the material back. But the open quantity is not back/increased, and the system might show the message VL363 (Delivery quantity is greater than target quantity & &).
