This article aims to show how to create or update the configuration of Arbeitsagentur job board in Recruiting Posting.

Below you can find the steps how to create or update your Arbeitsagentur job board configuration:

• Access Manage Recruiting Posting
• For new accounts only: Go to "Job Board Market Place" and add Arbeitsagentur, for accounts that have already activated Arbeitsagentur Go to "My Job Boards", find Arbeitsagentur and edit the configuration.
• When entering the credentials "Company URL" refers to the customer corporate global site URL. It is not a career site URL
• A popup opens, you need to add the information provided by Arbeitsagentur for the following fields: "Partner ID"; "Supplier ID"; "Hiring Org" and "Pin code"
• Then you can upload the certificate provided by Arbeitsagentur. Be careful, you must unzip the certificate and upload the ".p12" file into the configuration.
• Once the certificate is uploaded, click "Get Certificate" and the certificate will appear.
• Validate the last step by choosing the posting profile for this configuration and click "Add & Close" or "Save"

Please note that once you fill the password and update your certificate, the information is saved in the end, but when you open the configuration again the password is blank. For security reasons the password is not displayed, but it's saved by the system.
