2983970 - Pricing Condition Missing in DATA XML

Pricing conditions ZABC and ZDEF are missing in the DATA XML on Sales Quote Output (ZABC and ZDEF stand for the pricing conditions).

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales work center
2. Go to the Sales Quotes view
3. Search and open the sales quote ABC (ABC stands for the Quote ID)
4. Request External Pricing
5. At Pricing Conditions, ZABC and ZDEF appear for the Pricing
6. Go to the output and download the DATA XML.

RESULT: the above conditions are not found in the xml.

For sales quotes with external pricing, which price conditions are relevant for printing depends on the corresponding customizing in the connected ERP system (price calculation scheme).

When a quote is submitted, only the price conditions which are marked as to be printed (in the ERP price calculation scheme) are added to the output XML message.

These are usually not all the price operational conditions which are shown in the UI.

To check and show which price conditions are relevant for output, the action ''Check Output Pricing'' (on the Quote header) can be used. The action is available from release 2008 and was released as 'hidden' (it therefore has to be set to visible via Adaptation).

If additional price conditions shall be printed, the corresponding customizing in the ERP needs to be adjusted.
