My Active Enrollment section is showing "No data"
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Global Benefits
Reproducing the Issue
- Create a Benefit of type Others
- Make the Enrolment Required set to No
- Go to any Employee who is Eligible for the Benefit
- Go to My Active Enrollment section (PP3) page and you will not see the Benefit
Resolution
There are a couple enhancements made in b2011 about the My Active Enrollment section
- Right now My active enrollments section will only show the benefits that has Enrollment records. This means, ‘Other’ type benefits and ‘Reimbursement’ type benefits with Enrollment required ‘No’ will no longer appear in this section. This section is mainly designed to show only the benefits having active enrollments
- Reimbursement benefit with Enrollment required ‘Yes’ will appear in this section once employee enrolls into the benefit. And it shows the enrolled amount and not the remaining balance after the claim. Since this section shows the enrolled benefits, it should show the enrolled amount and not the remaining balance,
