2984496 - Candidates showing in Censia is not matching SF - Recruiting Management

When checking the Inbound Candidates, there are candidates that are showing in Censia but not showing in SuccessFactors.

When pulling candidates from specific requisition ID, some of the candidates that are not picking in Censia but visible in SuccessFactors

These are the possible reasons why we see data mismatch between SuccessFactors and Censia.

Candidate captured in Censia but not in SF --> The candidates may have saved a draft of the job but not yet submitted their application. This includes candidate that uses the Save Job function in the career site. Their candidate profile has already linked in the said requisition that is why their name is showing. There is now way in the SuccessFactors UI to identify these candidates.

Candidate not captured in Censia but in SF --> Candidate might have selected to be visible to recruiter he has an application or recruiters within the same country he has application.
