2984502 - Inbound job is returning the message "The integration has been running for more than 5 hours" - Integration Center

You have executed an inbound Integration Center job and, after a very long time running, it is returning the warning message below:

The integration has been running for more than 5 hours. We recommend that you split the integration to avoid long running jobs.

This is just a warning message regarding the processing time of the Integration Center job, it doesn't mean that it will fail.

The only way to improve the performance of Integration Center jobs is to reduce the amount of records it is inserting. You could do this by reducing the amount of records in the csv file being read.

If you need to terminate the Integration Center job due to its long running time, you are able to do so via Provisioning in Monitor Jobs section. Just note that, after clicking on the button to terminate the job, it takes some time for it to be effectively terminated as a request is sent to the server.
