2984562 - Reverse Tax Engine TaxFactory 11.0

1) After the upgrade to BSI TaxFactory 11.0 the system is not calculating any tax if there is a negative amount in BSI script.

2) There is an error message in BSI messages in the payroll log:
2026: NO TAXES HAVE BEEN CALCULATED. TAX ADJUSTMENTS CONTAINING NEGATIVE PAY PERIOD WAGES OR PAYMENTS MUST BE PROCESSED THROUGH THE PROCESSREVERSETAXES API CALL.”

3) Important change with US HCM Tax Calculation and BSI TaxFactory 11 Cyclic H. Apply at the earliest HotNews SAP Note 3088446 (BSI: Updates to TaxFactory 11.0 reverse engine processing) to your payroll systems. It is required for BSI TaxFactory 11 Cyclic H.
