2984999 - UnsatisfiedLinkError with the message “Hardware key generation library not found”

• When CCO is starting up you receive the message No valid license installed or license expired in the logon screen.
• In the SAP Customer Checkout configuration -> About -> License -> you find the Hardware key is not available.
• If SAP Customer Checkout reports in its log files or in the command console an UnsatisfiedLinkError with the message Hardware key generation library not found, the application is missing some dependent libraries. These libraries are part of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64) which is installed by the SAP Customer Checkout installer (e.g. SapCustomerCheckout_2_0.exe). Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64) is needed for some of the features of SAP Customer Checkout.
