2985054 - Perform Rehire Verification tile throwing error "Error while getting todo for user: <userid> for category ID 68" - Onboarding

When user clicks on the Perform Rehire Verification Tile, the system throws this error:

"Error while getting todo for user: <userid> for category ID 68"

SuccessFactors Onboarding 

1. Go to Home Page

2. Click on Perform Rehire Verification Tile

3. Error will show

Possible root cause is that the job Req ID where the rehire candidate applied was deleted from the RCM side

There are 2 resolutions on this case.

1. Restore the deleted Job Req ID from the RCM side on where the rehire candidate applied

2. Restart the task from BPE
