2985111 - Cancel Job Requisition not visible to user if is another approve step with someone else - Recruiting Management

Cancel Job Requisition button is not visible to user if the requisition is in Pre-Approved state and in another step of the Route Map, that is not assigned to the user that cannot see the button.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

This is a system expected behavior. Since the user is not the one assigned to the step, they cannot cancel a job requisition.

As of now the system doesn't allow you to cancel job requisitions if you're not the user assigned to the job requisition approval step.
