2985154 - Analysis Office is not remembering settings from previous users

Whenever you select an option that should be permanent in Analysis Office (AFO), such as:

• The "free text fields" message that comes up every time you open AFO, even though you keep selecting the "Do not show again" box.
• The Web Service URL that always has the default "http://<boe server hostname>:<port>/dswsbobje/services/Session" and nothing else is in the dropdown.
