Symptom

  • Upgrade from SAP IQ 16.0 to 16.1
  • The database fails to start with the SAP 16.1 binaries
  • The database has RLV enabled tables, or RLV tables were enabled in the past and currently disabled
  • The abort stack trace below can be seen
