Transferring personal data from the European Union (EU), including other countries from the European Economic Area and Switzerland, to a third country typically presents challenges related to meeting data protection requirements.

Recruiting Posting accounts with EU Access option will have their PII accessible only by people based in EU.

This applies only if you have EUDP condition in your contract. No implementation is required on your end

If your account is set up with EU Access option in Recruiting Posting, only support engineers based in Europe will have access to your Recruiting Posting personally identifiable information.

Please note that only RPOS Tenants are EU Access eligible. If you own an MPOS Tenant and would like to be EU Access compliant, it should be migrated to an RPOS Tenant (reach out to your sales representative for this request).
