• When sending emails from SAP system they are failing in transaction SOST with error message XS812:
  
  No delivery to RECIPIENT@EMAIL.COM - Message No. XS812
  Diagnosis: The message was processed correctly in the SAP system. An error occurred in a subsequent system. The message was not delivered to the recipient RECIPIENT@EMAIL.COM

• In the ICM trace you will also see the following reply from the mail server: "SMTP PlugInHandleNetData: reply = 504 User Account has been disabled by the mail administrator".
