Symptom

You are running a report in BW JAVA web with IE Standards Mode, Firefox or Chrome.

The report has scrollbars enabled and a long list of free characteritics.

You want to drag and drop a characteristic to the columns but the scrolling is not working so you are not able to drag the characteristic to the expected positon.
