2986537 - LDAP connectivity and stability issues in AS Java

Symptom

There are drops in the connectivity between the AS Java and the LDAP server.

In the defaultTrace_XX.X.trc there are various and different errors related to LDAP. For example:

Caused by: javax.naming.NamingException: LDAP response read timed out, timeout used:30000ms.
