Is there a report to identify what fields are changed in application and who made the changes?

There are 2 ways how we can see the change in the application.

In the application page > Take Action > History

Using Adhoc Report. In Recruiting V2 Domain, select Application History in the Column table

Note: Changes are captured only after the application is added in the system. Any changes made by the candidate before submitting the application will not be captured in the report.
