Symptom
- Connection hangs and cannot be killed.
- sp_who output show (many) processes in "maintanance token"
- This connection was assigned to a specific thread pool and re-assigned to another thread pool while active.
- A "dbcc stacktrace" on a problem spid shows the connection in upsleepgeneric with functions csimtx_lock & csi_aes_cipher
- The full stack is likely the following. However, stack patterns can vary and may be different
