Symptom

 As an administrator you would like to know how to configure and enable the SAP Enable Now Web Assistant in Cloud for Customer.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Cause

You must maintain a company setting to enable it. Also, you need to have a valid license for this feature.

Resolution

  1. Go to User Menu.
  2. Enter in Settings.
  3. Go to Company Settings.
  4. Select In-App Help tab.
  5. Define your in-app help URL and parameters.
  6. Save.
