2987217 - Plan a new system for Content Server ended with error

Using "Plan a New System" option of Maintenance Planner, after selecting option "Install an SAP NETWEAVER system" > " SAP NETWEAVER *" > "Select Support Package Stack", if you tried to only select "Content Server" or "Search and Classif.(TREX)" etc, below error happens:

The response from the backend is not as expected. Please attach the log file and raise an SAP Support Ticket.

In the Download UI_Log, below error is recorded:
