2987218 - Delete operation on Job Relationships do not trigger workflow

When the job relationship is deleted, workflow is not getting triggered, even though business rule is configured to trigger workflow

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central : Workflows

1. Go to Take Action > Change Job and Compensation Info of a user  
2. Tick Job Relationships
3. Enter a new effective date of record
4. Pick a job relationship to delete (e.g. Compensation Manager) then click Delete icon
5. Click Save
6. Workflow is not triggered and the record is immediately saved 

Delete operations on Job Relationships currently do not support workflows

There is already an enhancement request(ECT-125235) with engineering team to enhance this behavior, but currently tentative fix plan is not published

Once we have more information on the release plans this KBA will be updated to reflect the same
