How can an admin or recruiter delete/anonymize a candidate profile or application from the system?

• It is possible for the recruiters to anonymize both the candidate profile and the applications. This can be achieved by using the "Anonymize Candidate Profiles" tool in Admin Center, formerly known as "Delete Candidate" tool: 2670133 - Anonymize Candidate Profiles and Application Feature - Recruiting Management
• The candidate profile will be marked for anonymization and will be anonymized by the RCM Entity Anonymization job which should be scheduled in provisioning.
• The Anonymize Candidate Profiles and Applications tool will also disposition "In Progress" (and also "Disqualified" if you decide to include these applications) and move them to status called "Deleted on Demand by admin". The applications are marked for anonymization and will be anonymized by the RCM Entity Anonymization job.
