Changing job req language saves changes automatically.

1. Change the language of the job requisition (ie from English (United Stated) to French (France)
2. Make changes on the job title then change the language back (French to English) without saving.
3. If you change the language back to French, you will see that changes on the job title were saved even though you did not click the save button.
