2987723 - SAP Jam Delta Sync does not sync changes in Profile Fields

Symptom

  • Include BizX Profile fields in SAP Jam (SAP Jam Admin console -> Integrations -> SuccessFactors Foundation -> Profile Field Settings) by unchecking the Profile fields. After the Jam delta sync, the Profile fields still do not reflect in SAP Jam.
  • Exclude the BizX Profile fields and notice that after the Jam delta sync, profile fields in Jam excludes the Profile Fields selected.

Resolution

If you exclude a profile field from sync, that effect is near about immediate. But when you include that field back in, the regular delta sync will not re-populate the same data.

A full manual sync will be necessary to get the data back in. This is expected behavior.
