• The load table command running slow with long commit time.
  For example:

I. 10/01 06:21:19. 0000043827 [20896]: Insert for 'tab1' completed in 13 seconds. 134448 rows inserted.
I. 10/01 06:27:20. 0000043827 Cmt 9933441202 ---> took 6 mins to commit

I. 10/02 09:49:00. 0000039087 [20896]: Insert for 'tab3' completed in 30 seconds. 191593 rows inserted.
I. 10/02 10:01:45. 0000039087 Cmt 9933805317 ---> took 12 mins to commit

• Proactive DBA is calling sp_iqfile repeatly.
