No. Recruiting Management at this moment does not have support for 2FA(Two-Factor Authentication) or Multi-Factor Authentication for external candidates.

Currently this feature is only available for internal users, according to the company configuration that allows the company to use it.

The Product Management is analyzing the possibility of introducing this feature into the External Career site as a security enhancement to the product, but this is still on the design phase and there are no dates we can commit to.
