2988254 - SmartVariantManagement Fiori views or User saved views not available in SAPUI5 1.82 - - TypeError: Cannot read property 'layers' of undefined

• When the user tries to select a saved variant on any Fiori application -> Example clicks on the "Standard" drop down (My Views) it shows the error:
• Unable to load the data
  This can happen if you are not connected to the Internet, or if an underlying system or component is not available
