2988438 - Identified Stock Deletion which is in Active Status

You would like to know to delete Identified Stock KLM which is in Active Status.*KLM refers to Identified Stock Id

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Warehousing and Logistics Master Data Work Center 
2. Navigate to Identified Stock View
3. Search for any Identified Stock which is in Active Status
4. You see Delete Button is Grayed out

Deletion only possible as long as the identified stock is in status In Preparation

Once the identified stock has been set to status Active, you can click Change Status and choose Block, Unblock, Set to Obsolete or Undo Obsolete as necessary in the Identified Stock view to make your identified stock available or unavailable for use. These functions are not available in the Identified Stock Limited Maintenance view.

Once you set the status to Activate, you cannot return to the In Preparation status.
