2988637 - Request to Change Maintenance Schedule

Symptom

You want to change the maintenance schedule time of a tenant to a different time, for example because most of the users are located and working in a different time zone.

You are wondering, if this can be enabled, and if yes, how.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign
SAP Cloud for Customer

Resolution

In case your system is hosted on multi customer system, a change is not possible, since all customers share the same maintenance schedule.
In case your system is hosted as private customer system, a change might be possible and needs to be checked.

In the second case, or if you are not aware of the hosting type, please create an SAP incident with your request and provide time and time zone.
