2988719 - monCachedProcedures not reporting cached procedures - ASE

Symptom

  • Querying monCachedProcedure does not show stored procedure
  • Enable auditing for stored procedure shows procedure has been executed in the audit tables.
  • Executing dbcc procbufs shows the p_hdrstatus "cached", so it should show in monCachedProcedures
