The 'Actions' button is greyed out, for example for an opportunity for which you have full read and write access.

Reproducing the Issue
This is the same for several objects. As example, we are using the Opportunity BO:
- Go to the Sales work centre.
- Go to the Opportunities view.
- Open an opportunity for which you have read and write access.
Result: the 'Actions' button is greyed out.
When in Edit mode of the object, the 'Actions' button is not available. This is expected behaviour.
Leave edit mode (click save or cancel). The 'Actions' button will become editable again.
