2989385 - DB20 Create statistics is not working when SSFS is configured for BR*Tools

Symptom

When gathering statistics using transaction DB20, the job starts, but it never updates the statistics. If you go to the $SAPDATA_HOME/sapcheck, you will find the brconnect log with the error below:
