2989412 - AS NetWaver Java not able to start after IBM Tivoli Composite Application Manager(ITCAM) uninstall

Symptom

After uninstalling IBM Tivoli Composite Application Manager(ITCAM) and after that, Application Server Java does not start.

Following error in the dev_serverX or std_serverX logs can be observed:

Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not find agent library xxxxxxx on the library path, with error: xxxxxxx Cannot load module .
0509-026 System error: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.

it is defined by JVM paramter:
-> arg[ 27]:-agentlib:am_sap_15=/usr/sap/<SystemID>/<InstanceId>/IBM/ITM/aixxxx/yj/j2eedc/7.1.1.0.3/runtime/netweaver7.<InstanceId>_ciXP1.14024650/dc.env.properties
