Symptom

  • Release Strategy is not triggered for Purchase Orders (PO) or Purchase Requisitions (PR), resulting in the absence of the Release Strategy tab in ME21n, ME22n, ME23n, ME51n, ME52n, and ME53n.
  • Unexpected triggering of flexible workflow.
  • Switching from Flexible Workflow to Classical Workflow (Release Strategy
  • based) during document processing causes item details to disappear.
  • Flexible Workflow is triggered but fails to start, while Release Strategy remains visible on the document.
