2989500 - Users Roles are disappearing from the Onboarding Security - Onboarding 1.0

The Onboarding permission sync job is removing the user roles in the Onboarding Security.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Login to Onboarding
2. Navigate to Security > Click on Assign users to group > Select type of group > Add users to this group
3. These users get removed once the permission sync run 

This report has an 'In [Manage onboarding permission]' filter, and due to this reason, the manually added role and its users were being removed, when the permission sync job use to run every day.

Note: In this scenario, the report had the 'In [Manage onboarding permission]' filter, this may vary from each instance configuration.

1. Navigate to Manage permission roles
2. Select role from which users are being removed.
3. Click on permissions, navigate to manage onboarding/offboarding permissions.
4. Provide manage onboarding permissions save and update (this permission varies based on the filter applied in reporting)
5. Add the users to the group from security > add users to group.
6. Monitor if the permissions are removed for users
