Symptom

  • Cannot register an LOP using AI_SC_LINE_OPENER
     
  • Program AI_SC_LINE_OPENER shows error message:

    No registered LOP found - registering new LOP.
    communication_error( send ), code:401 message:Unauthorized
    Problem occured during guid determination

  • In SM37, background job with program AI_SC_LINE_OPENER cancels with error:

    Error: no LOP registered in Solution Manager - please run the job online once
    Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE
