Is it possible to report on previous Operators of Job Requisitions?
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Resolution
Reports are live data. Due to that, if there isn't an Audit Trail table for Operators, the report will only show current information. An example of that is the Application Status Audit Trail, which it's possible to see every status that the candidate has gone through, but if you try to use the regular Application table and click on Status it'd only seen the current status of the candidate in a determined requisition. Due to this, the only way to see the history and past users would be through the UI, in the "More info" icon on the top right corner of the job requisition.
