2990041 - Login to BI Platform from AO or Lumira fails because of invalid Web Service URL or logon error

The user is not able to access BI platform from Analysis Office or Lumira Designer. One of the following situations is occurring:

1. User is getting error when trying to logon to BI platform from Analysis Office or Lumira Designer;
2. User is getting error because of invalid Web Service URL in Analysis Office or Lumira Designer;

Some of the following messages may be displayed:

Error while checking availability of SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform system
Could not log on to BIP server; invalid CMS
Exception when trying to check BOE server
Exception 'Internal error.' when trying to logon to BOE server
The exception is of a known origin. (Error: WSE 99998)
