2990150 - How to restore deleted candidate/activity - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

How to restore activities/candidates that was deleted from Onboarding.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

1. Navigate to the Onboarding dashboard.

2. Search for the candidate with the name in the work queue.

3. The candidate record is not visible in the onboarding dashboard.

Cause

The candidate record is deleted.

Resolution

To restore an candidate that was deleted, you need to contact your partner/professional service asking to follow the steps bellow:

  1. Go to Super Admin;
  2. Manage HRData;
  3. Filter the candidate by the name;
  4. Select the option "only deleted";
  5. Click on the candidate name and in restore.
