2990337 - SNOTE: Field LV_ABAP_SRC is unknown

Symptom

After implementing SAP Notes 1668882, 2714624 and/or 2808144, the following dump occurs while trying to use SNOTE or Version Management:

In include "LSCWDU01 ", in line 178 of program
"SAPLSCWD ", the following syntax errors have occurred:
Field "LV_ABAP_SRC" is unknown. It is neither in one of the specified
tables nor defined by a "DATA" statement. "DATA" statement.

Environment

All systems based on SAP NetWeaver 7.0 and higher
