Is it possible to configure an applicant substatus from another applicant substatus like in a tree structure?

Please be informed that it is only possible to configure an applicant substatus or multiple applicant substatuses from a base status in Edit Applicant Status Configuration in the Admin Center. It is currently not possible to configure an applicant substatus from another applicant substatus like in a tree structure.
