2990501 - Hired candidates are being moved to a disqualified status when closing a job requisition.

When a job requisition is being closed the candidates that are in a hired status are being moved to a requisition closed status on the application pipeline. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to a job requisition
2. Select Close job requisition 
3. All candidates are moved to the Requisition Closed status

Misconfiguration on the Edit Applicant Status Configuration. The applicant status configuration has multiple Hired statuses. 

Per the implementation guide "A status set can contain only one hireable status and only one hired status." 

If the status set has more than one hired status it can cause issues with the behavior of how the candidates are handled on the application pipeline. 

It is advised to set only one "Hired" status and one "Hireable" status to avoid unwanted behavior.
