2990579 - Future dated position does not show in Offer Approval - Recruiting Management

Users are unable to select future dated positions through Offer Approval Page 

SAP Successfactors Recruiting Management

1. Create a new position object value and insert new record for future effective date
2. Create a job req via Position Org chart
3. Select a job start date as today and select a position then save
4. Create an Offer for this job and validate the value should be same as shown in the job req detail page
5. Modify the position value and verified that the future dated position does not show as an option

Future dated positions are also considered as inactive position since the effective date is not within past or present.

This a current system enhancement on Offer Approval to have the following validations:

1. Inactive: Designed to not display Inactive Positions in the drop down and to not allow to save any inactive values
2. Effective dating: To prevent displaying or saving future dated Positions on offer detail page
