2990586 - HBL number is not automatically assigned to newly created FU/CU

Symptom

You have activated the use of waybill stocks in forwarding order type Customizing. After drawing HBL number at ROOT level, the existing FU/CU gets the same HBL number assigned. But if there is newly FU/CU created onward, it will not have the same HBL number assigned.
